Service Technician

Job Description:

Job Overview-Full Time Monday-Friday

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. Candidate must have 2 years experience in home appliance repair, customer service, and technical troubleshooting. As an Appliance Technician, you are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional service.

Duties:
  • Required-2 Years experience with Diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, etc.
  • Perform home appliance repairs and maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and ensure proper functionality of home appliances
  • Assemble and install home appliances as required during service calls
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally
  • Operate a van truck for transportation of tools and equipment to job sites
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Required-2 Years Experience in Appliance Repair
  • Required-Driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Required-Strong understanding of the equipment you work with, including diagnostic tools and repair techniques
  • Required experience in field service
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Required-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Required-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Required-Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
